Our facilities will be a world class 'one of a kind'. We will exceed all facets of the traditional Beef services through innovated process design and advanced technical specifications.
The new Classic Beef Company plant will harvest & process 500 head per day, in a 240,000 square foot facility The plant will be designed and sited so as to allow for downstream expansion that will not interfere with on-going operations. New carcass cooler and box storage capacity could be added to accommodate increase production to enable the plant to double its throughput to 1000 head per day in a single shift.
This facility will be self-sustaining, with the latest technology available in beef plants today – and each room of the facility has been designed leaving space for upcoming technology, to be install in the future when it becomes available. While the plant will utilize traditional procedures and systems that have been time tested and used in the beef industry for decades – Classic Beef breaks the mold of a traditional slaughter & fab facility.
Every animal that enters the facility will be fully processed under one roof – with 100% carcass utilization. In addition to the traditional slaughter/fab area – we have added additional rooms to produce portion cut steaks & roast, ground beef & patties, a sausage kitchen, smoking and cooking operations, bio-fuel generation and an Ecommerce fulfillment center. Very simply, the animal enter on one end and 100% goes out the other end under the Classic Beef brand.
